Cancellation policy:

It is possible to cancel or reschedule a booked class free of charge 24 hours before its beginning at the latest. After this time the client is charged for the lesson.

Validity of prepaid classes is 4 months from the day of purchase, unless it was agreed otherwise before buying the prepaid card. 

Gift certificates:

For all our services it is possible to buy a voucher in any value. Validity of the gift certificate is 6 months from the day of purchase, unless it was agreed otherwise before paying for the voucher.
